At first I wanna thank you for so many views and so many nice words :) I've never heard so many nice words before . You made my week ! I am impressed because when I promoted my blog on ask.fm everyone was kind and helpful and this surprised me very positively . It shouldn't be surprise for me but you know how world looks today
My Tips :
- Don't eat a lot of cheese bacause it's very caloric product ! .
- Eat less bread !
- Less frequently eat noodles :)
- Don't eat fast foods ( I know it's yummy but very unhealthy )
Luckily I live in village and we haven't got here stores with this food :)
Just look at this yummy food - everything unhealthy is here ( cheese , loaf , everything is fried on old oil ) !
- Candy ( I know this point is not to achieve ) Just try eat this kind of food occasionally and everything will be alright .
- Don't eat in night :) ( in night metabolism is slowed )
-No snacking
I am on seafood diet , I see food and I eat it !
